Exchange Policy
essyosa operates an Exchange Only policy. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene reasons, all sales are final for certain items. Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to love your pieces!
Bikini Bottoms: All Sales Final
Due to health and hygiene regulations, all sales of bikini bottoms are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms unless they are proven to be faulty upon arrival. Please double-check our sizing guide carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
Exchanges on Bikini Tops & Swimming Shorts
We're happy to accept exchanges on bikini tops and swimming shorts provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all security tags and hygiene liners still attached.
- Your exchange request must be initiated for any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email us at info@essyosa.com. Please include:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number
- The Reason for Exchange (e.g., "size too small for bikini top," etc)
Exchange Process & Shipping
Sending Your Item Back: It's important to note that shipping costs for sending your item back to us are not covered by essyosa. We recommend using your local post office for the best service and a tracking ID. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Your New Item: You can exchange your bikini top or swimming shorts for any size (permitted it’s in stock). We'll happily send your exchanged item back to you at no extra charge for standard shipping. We offer 2 exchanges per item to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Cost Differences: Your chosen replacement must cost the same as the original item purchased.
What if Your Desired Exchange Size is Unavailable?
In the instance that the size you've requested for your exchange becomes unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. To process this refund, you must first return the original item to us following the exchange process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the original item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. Please be aware that card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks and is out of our control.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@essyosa.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will assess the issue and arrange for a suitable resolution. Faulty items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Important Notes:
- No Refunds: As per our exchange-only policy, we do not offer refunds unless your ordered size becomes unavailable.
- Final Discretion: essyosa reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
